Trillium Endurance 1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching is the Trillium Endurance signature coaching experience for athletes ready to grow. A 3--month initial commitment is required. Coach Erin provides the following services for all 1:1 athletes:
Custom endurance training

Fully individualized triathlon or running training tailored to your goals, abilities, and availability

Workouts delivered in 2-week blocks via TrainingPeaks Premium Account

Assistance with goal identification and seasonal/yearly plan development
Responsive personal contact

Feedback on workouts provided daily via TrainingPeaks

Access to coach by app, text, and e-mail

Option to self-schedule calls as needed
Race day preparation and review

Race strategy, course management, mental skills, and nutrition planning
